Realtor's Mixed-Use Housing Project in Lowell Picks up $210K State Grant

A $210,999 state grant announced Tuesday supports Amanda Rogers' project to turn the upper floor of a two-story, 4,135 square-foot commercial building.

The structure dates back to 1910, according to Lowell property records.

Rogers acquired the building for $275,000 in November 2022 and has already renovated the ground floor to house her eight-person real estate brokerage.
