National Endowment For the Arts Terminates Culture Works Funding

Culture Works has raised and granted funds for numerous arts organizations in Dayton since 1974.

Funding for their Grants for Arts Project (GAP) program has been terminated by the National Endowment for the Arts.

The NEA will now prioritize projects that elevate the Nation's HBCUs and Hispanic Serving Institutions, Culture Works says.

They also hope funding for the NEA a€œwill be restored in some-if not full- capacity.
