New Castle Library Receives $405000 State Grant For Hvac Work

A six-figure state grant will help the New Castle Public Library replace its failing heating and air conditioning system.

The $405,000 funding is through the state Department of Education and the Keystone Recreation, Park and Conservation Fund.
