New Hampshire HHS Offers Free Lead Testing for Kids, Toys

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is overseeing a free blood testing and toy testing for children, marking the National Lead Poisoning Prevention Week.

The free tests are being offered on Monday at the State House lawn from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The goal of the HHS initiative is to build awareness of childhood lead poisoning, with lead specifically found in toys.
