Dublin-based social enterprise bicycle shop, Rothar, founded by Anne Bedos, turns five years old.

Rothar trains and hires people who are long-term unemployed as bike mechanics. Bedos finds that it is now more socially acceptable than ever to cycle. All of Rothar's profits are put back into the business.
