The US House of Representatives voted for a bill, H.R. 3102, which would strip off nutritional assistance cut benefits to millions of Americans.
H.R. 3102 is projected to cut spending on SNAP and related programs by $39 billion over a decade, and deprive benefits to 3.8 million individuals in 2014.
