Federal Cuts Still Hurting Head Start Programs

Area Head Start programs have had to cut back their services due to federal sequestration.

For many low-income families, Head Start is the only option, and now it's going to be less of one. Head Start provides early childhood education and provides meals and health care. Many families will now be denied access to the program.
