Moderate Exercise Spurs Healthier Lifestyle

University of Copenhagen researchers are looking into ways on the prevention and treatment of the obesity epidemic.

The researchers studied subjects in a test group, finding that those who exercised the least talk about increased energy levels and a higher motivation for exercising and pursuing a healthy everyday life. The researchers recommend 30 minutes of daily exercise, which is just as beneficial compared to a full hour of hard fitness workout.
